Applicant must be a United States citizen or permanent resident who is a student, 13 years of age or older, and is currently enrolled (or enrolled no later than the fall of 2014) at an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. Online short written response to the question, "What one event or moment from your school years would you 'do over' and why?" is required.
