Diversity Scholarship

California Bar Foundation

This scholarship is for California students who are entering their first year of law school and who are from a racial or ethnic group that historically has been underrepresented in the legal profession. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend law school in California and intend to practice law in California upon graduation. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need and be committed to making an impact in the community through leadership, although they are not required to pursue a career as a public interest attorney. Students at online law schools must be California residents. Students in LLM programs are not eligible.
