District 6 (formerly District 18) Generic Scholarship Fund Volusia County awards six scholarships to nursing students each year. There are two named scholarships for Volusia County residents: "Lillian Hulla, Friend of Nursing" and "Olive Seymour" and four generic scholarships available statewide.
