Denise Fleck Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in Kentucky. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been actively involved in tobacco prevention programs or activities (for example, Teens Against Tobacco Use Program). Applicants must be a cumulative 2.5 GPA and be in good academic standing. Financial need will be considered, but it is not a requirement. Preference is given to students attending an accredited community college, college, or university.
