This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in Delaware who are student leaders in the Jefferson Awards Youth Service Initiative (YSI) Program at their local high school or a Jefferson Awards recipient during their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school. Applicants must show exemplary attributes in scholarship, leadership, and service.
