Debra L. Plank Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled college students. Applicants must: 1) plan to pursue or be actively pursuing a post-secondary education credential no less than an associate’s degree; 2) have a minimum grade point average of a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale during most recent education; 3) have participated in 4-H foods projects for at least six years, the majority of which must be in Hancock County 4-H.
