David L. & Frances G. Ray Scholarship

Inland Northwest Community Foundation

Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates who demonstrate academic excellence (minimum GPA 3.0). Applicants must also be good citizens for the community as demonstrated by participation in community activities, school activities or employment. Preference will be given to students who are pursuing education in medical or medical-related fields and those with limited financial assistance from other sources.

This scholarship is available to:

Graduating seniors or graduates from the following high schools: Lind-Ritzville, Washtucna, and Lacrosse; or homeschooled seniors or graduates in these areas

Seniors or graduates from any other high school in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock granges, or homeschooled seniors or graduates in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock granges.

Previous Ray Scholarship recipients who maintain a 3.2 college GPA (4.0 scale) may reapply to the program.
