This scholarship is for graduates of Rushville Consolidated High School (RCHS). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be permanent residents of Rush County, Indiana, and have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Applicants must plan to study in the field of agriculture at a two- or four-year college or university, or through an accredited short agricultural course at a college, university, or vocational school.
