This scholarship is for junior and senior college students and graduate students who are pursuing either a major or minor in a foreign language, including English as a second language. Selection is based on academic achievement, school and community participation, demonstrated leadership potential, and financial need. This scholarship may be used at any accredited college or university in the United States or its possessions.
