This is a college scholarship for students who are currently attending or aspiring to attend a college, university, trade school, technical institute, vocational training, or other post-secondary education program. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants may not have already been receiving or awarded a full-tuition scholarship or waiver from another source. International students are welcome to apply for this scholarship.
