This scholarship is for college students who are members of an eligible credit union based in Maryland or Washington, D.C. Eligible credit union members may apply for one of ten essay-based scholarships, one video-based scholarship, and/or one photo-based scholarship. And yes, eligible members may apply in all three categories!
