This scholarship is for graduates of Rushville Consolidated High School (RCHS) in Rushville, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended Rush County schools for at least four years and intend to attend a two- or- four-year vocational school or college. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA or better for 7 semesters of grades 9-12. Applicants do not have to be graduating seniors. Sign Up to Start Applying
