Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Duluth East High School in Duluth, Minnesota. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.5 GPA or greater and have attended Congdon Park, Homecroft, or Lowell Elementary School. Scholarships are awarded based on academic record, written recommendations, and involvement in community and church activities.
