Constantine Cannon Law School Essay Contest
Constantine Cannon
The Constantine Cannon Whistleblower Team is pleased to announce our Sixth Law School Scholarship Essay Contest focused on the importance of whistleblowers. If you are a current or prospective law school student, we invite you to submit an essay tackling one of the prompts below.
We are particularly interested in hearing about your personal experience speaking out or taking a stand for a cause that challenged your moral convictions, or reflecting on a whistleblower whose brave pursuit of truth and justice has inspired you.
We would like you to write an essay between 250 and 750 words that addresses one or more of the following subjects:
Describe a time when you, or someone you know, witnessed wrongdoing and what you/they did (or did not do) in response. Looking back, what would you do differently (if anything), and how has this experience shaped your understanding of what it takes to speak up against misconduct? How is technology or AI reshaping whistleblowing? A whistleblower who has inspired you.
