The Community Foundation uses an online application process and the link is located below. There will be one common application that all applicants will need to complete. Some scholarships will require that you submit additional information as well. Once you complete your first application (regardless of which one it is), your common application information will be saved and automatically placed in the other scholarship applications that you complete so that you do not need to type the same information again.
