The Columbus Citizens Foundation’s College Scholarship Program was established in 1984 at the directive of past Foundation President John Loconsolo. Recipients receive a four-year scholarship that helps underwrite the cost of their college tuition. Our scholarships, while generous, provide assistance towards tuition but will not cover payment for all school costs. Students must be at least 25% Italian and demonstrate a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Households where the total gross income does not exceed $25,000 per capita ($25,000 per person in the household) are eligible. For example, for a household of four, the maximum total gross income is $100,000 to be eligible.
