This scholarship is for high school seniors and first-time college freshmen who are residents of Alabama. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an eligible Alabama educational institution, have a minimum 2.75 GPA, have an ACT score of 26 or below, demonstrate financial need, and be US citizens.
