Col. Delbert Townsend Scholarship

Greater Salina Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA; have attended DCHS for at least two years; and show leadership, participation, and citizenship. Preference will be given to students attending community college, vocational school, or technical school. Students attending a four-year school other than Kansas State University may apply.
