The Cobell Undergraduate Opportunity is for students who have not yet earned a four-year bachelor’s degree. All offer amounts are for the full academic year; however, awards are distributed based on the number of academic terms on which the institution operates – 2 semesters or 3 quarters; therefore, awards for only one term, will be divided by the appropriate number of terms and reduced to reflect one term only.
