COAD David V. Stivison Appalachian Scholarship

Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development

This scholarship is for people who live in the 30-county Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD) service area. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and have lived in the COAD service area for at least one year. Applicants live in households with a total income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Applications will be available in February.

Applications must be submitted to the appropriate COAD-member Community Action Agency that serves the county where the applicant resides. See website for directory.
