This scholarship is for graduating seniors of a high school in Jefferson, Berkeley, or Morgan County, West Virginia who plan to study business. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have proven financial need and scholastically average grades. Priority given to those unlikely to receive other scholarships such as the West Virginia PROMISE.
