Clayburn J. Sr. and Garnet R. Hanna Scholarship

Parkersburg Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of Wirt County, West Virginia; and graduates of Wirt County High School in Elizabeth. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to attend a postsecondary educational institution full-time. Selection is based on financial need, likelihood of completion of degree, and leadership. Preference will be given to students who are not likely to receive other significant scholarship awards.
