Applicants must be a graduating senior from a high school located in Botetourt County or Roanoke County or the Cities of Roanoke or Salem, VA who intend to pursue a career in teaching or creative writing. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to be successful in higher education studies as evidenced by prior academic performance.
