This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw, Michigan who are planning on attending an in-state college. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been identified by AHHS staff as "turnaround students," meaning they were able to exert tremendous effort to improve their grades and build their lives.
