Circle of Concern
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who reside within the Circle of Concern service area in western St. Louis County, Missouri: primarily the Parkway, Rockwood, and Valley Park School Districts. Applicants do not have to be a Circle of Concern client to qualify. Applicants must demonstrate solid preparation for college, strong academic potential, and significant financial need (see application for a chart to determine eligibility).
