This scholarship is for women who are senior athletes at Riverheads High School in Riverheads, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate good scholarship, athletic ability, leadership, integrity, and morality. Applicants must reflect positively on Riverheads High School and imbue the atrributes and qualities that Chris Rowkwell strove for with his students and athletes. Applicants must be graduating high shcool at the end of the current academic year and plan to enroll at an accredited four-year college or university in the contitental United States the following academic year.
