These scholarships are for graduating high school seniors of at least one-half Chinese ethnicity. To qualify, applicants must attend a high school in Oregon with a minimum of four semesters or two years of attendance in the state of Oregon, have a cumulative 2.75 GPA, plan to attend an accredited college or university in the United States, and be US citizens or permanent residents.
