This scholarship is for residents of the FCC 9th Call district (Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin) who have a technician class radio license or higher. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited two- or four-year college or trade school and be US citizens or within three months of citizenship.
