Applicant must be a graduate of a public high school, vocational or technical school or other form of public 9-12 grade education, as well as home-schooled students pursuing advanced education leading to a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in any field. Preference given to a student from an agricultural background, raised and living in the present boundaries of the Milford School District, with preference in the Cedar Creek area.
