This scholarship is for residents of Stark County, Ohio, who are pursuing an undergraduate degree. Criteria for selection are as follows (listed in order of preference): Members of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church entering Christian service and attending Otterbein College; Members of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church entering Christian service and attending other colleges; Members of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church entering other fields and attending Otterbein College; Members of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church attending Malone College; Members of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church attending other colleges; Members of Stark County United Methodist Churches; Other Stark County Residents.
