Chen Foundation Scholarship Awards
Asian Pacific Community Fund (APCF)
This scholarship is for high school seniors who reside in California, and plan to attend a California State University or a California Community College as first-year college students. To qualify, applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and have a household income at or below "Low Income" based on the California Low Income Level.
