This scholarship is graduating seniors from a high school in Greenup County, Kentucky, or Scioto County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a music degree. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must include a performance DVD along with their application. The scholarship committee also gives consideration to the following factors: financial need, academic achievement, leadership potential, and community involvement.
