Charles N. Fisher Memorial Scholarship

American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation

This scholarship is for students with active amateur radio licenses who will be attending a regionally accredited educational institution. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of the ARRL Southwestern Division (Arizona State, and Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Santa Barbara County, California) and be studying electronics, communications, or a related field.
