Awarded to a graduating senior from Channel Islands High School or to a resident of the city of Camarillo who will graduate this year from any Ventura County high school. Applicants must be enrolling fulltime in an accredited 4-year college or university, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and be majoring in Civics, Education (Teaching), or Government (Political Science).
