This scholarship is for students whose secondary education was primarily obtained at and who graduated from a public, private, or charter school located in Monroe County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full- or part-time traditional or non-traditional students who have been accepted for admittance to a college, university, technical school, vocational school, or nursing program; demonstrate financial need; and have a GPA of at least 2.5.
