Charles and Melva T. Owen Memorial Scholarship

National Federation of the Blind (NFB)

These scholarships are for students who are legally blind in both eyes. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must be pursuing or plan to pursue postsecondary study at a US institution. Applicants must live in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. Scholarship recipients must attend the National Federation of the Blind annual convention.
