This scholarship is for graduating seniors from a Virginia Beach City Public School. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended Centerville Elementary School for at least one year and provide dates of attendance. Applicants must be accepted at a college or technical school as full-time students at the time the award is given. Applications should reflect academic achievement as well as school and other extracurricular activities.
