Community Foundation of Shelby County

This scholarship is for Shelby County residents pursuing a Registered Nursing degree. Eligible persons may apply during any year of their education; however, licensed RN’s are not eligible for continuing education. Selection based upon: Financial need; academic ability; demonstrated “empathy which is necessary, the compassion which is required, and the requisite patience in order to enjoy and devote oneself to a long and fruitful nursing career.”
