This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Foley, Gulf Shores, and Robertsdale High Schools in Alabama. Applicants must be admitted to a four-year Engineering curriculum at an ABET accredited university, demonstrate a financial need for the scholarship, and not be related to any Selection Committee Member of Vulcan Scholarships, Inc. Applications may be obtained from faculty members at Foley, Gulf Shores or Robertsdale High School
