This scholarship is for high school seniors who are residents of Warwick, Rhode Island. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be entering their first year of a two-year, four-year, or vocational/technical post-secondary institution. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; they do not necessarily need to possess high academic excellence.
