Student must be a graduating high school senior from Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, or Wilson and be planning to attend a Judeo-Christian affiliated institution of higher learning in the US. Student must also submit a recommendation from a pastor, church minister or a teacher.
