The purpose of the Carolinas-Virginias Retail Hardware Scholarship is to provide undergraduate scholarships to children of employees of member firms of the Carolinas-Virginias Region of the National Retail Hardware Association. Member firms must be located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia or West Virginia.
