This scholarship is for graduates of West Vigo High School in West Terre Haute, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending a four-year institution of higher learning and actively pursuing a degree with teaching credentials, or attending a vocational school seeking either an associate degree or vocational certificate.
