The Carl Rollynn “Pop” and Grace B. Sullivan Scholarship Fund wasestablished by their daughter,Dr.Betty Jo Sullivan, to honor her parents and to provide financial assistance for higher education to one or more graduating seniors of Ritchie County High School. To be eligible the student must rank in the upper 50% of his/her graduating class with intent to pursue a full-time course of study at an accredited college or university as well as score in the upper 50% on the college entrance exams.
