Muskingum County Community Foundation
Criteria include 2.0 GPA; residency in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, or Illinois with preference for residents of Piqua, Ohio; Cincinnati, Ohio; or Miami County, Ohio. Applicants must demonstrate financial need related to cost of proposed education and commitment to giving back to the community.
