To provide an annual scholarship award to a Bullock Creek High School graduating senior or Bullock Creek High School Graduate. The successful applicant will be planning to attend an accredited community college, college or university, or technical or trade school in the year of the award. Preference will be for applications that show some work experience, financial need, and a career and community service focus.
