This scholarship is to support a master's student engaging in water-energy nexus issues for water, wastewater, or water use. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a master's or doctoral degree at an institution of higher education located in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or the United States.
