Brian Ralls Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, Tennessee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.5 GPA, and an ACT score of at least 24. Applicants must have earned a varsity letter in any sport during their junior or senior year. (Those receiving a full collegiate athletic scholarship grant in aid are not eligible.) Other criteria considered should be a demonstrated love of school, team spirit over self-interest, good moral character, and a heart for others. Financial need will be a criterion but not the ultimate factor. The recipient must sign a pledge to not use any hand-held devices, including a cell phone, while driving. The scholarship award may be used at any accredited four-year college or university, starting the academic year immediately following graduation.
