This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Nitro High School in Nitro, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate the following characteristics: loyalty to family and friends, high moral standards, academic soundness, physical fitness within one's abilities, ability to successfully set goals, willingness to be self-sacrificing to achieve goals, and self-motivation to achieve excellence.
