This scholarship program is for graduating high school seniors who are legal residents of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and select parts of New York (Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, Westchester County, Rockland County, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must continue their education by the fall semester following graduation at an accredited two- or four-year college or professional trade school. Applicants in Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey must be 16 years of age or older with permission, and applicants in Connecticut and Rhode Island must be 17 years of age or older. To apply, applicants must be active participants in a high school blood drive program and exhibit a leadership role in the coordination and recruitment of blood drives. See website for more details.
